Hydro Cooling is also a rapid cooling, but uses chilled water to dissipate heat from product with a closed circuit water system minimized sump to conserve energy and water used. Heat exchangers have maximized prime surface for better cooling and heat transfer. Stainless steel perforated water distribution panels are located above, but below coil to assure fast, even cooling and optimal water distribution over the products.

Cabinets are constructed of stainless steel on all water contact surfaces to insure low maintenance costs, higher sanitization, and the long life of this investment.  This type of cooler is designed to cool fruits-less chilled water sensitive, roots, and other products that has less surface to mass ratio.
