PRESSURE/FORCED-AIR COOLERS

Pressure/Forced-Air cooling is widely used method of cooling fruits, spring mixed-vegetables and cut-flowers. The cold air (produced by pressure coolers) flows over individual pieces of product removing heat and causes it to cool.  This process is about 1-1/2 to 2 hrs but it is very a cost-effective cooling.  Sizes are available from 2 to 12 pallets use with Freon or Ammonia refrigeration systems.

Control Option:  Air, Electric, or Hot-Gas Defrost.  Aluminum constructions with high pressure (reverse-pitch) direct mounted plug fans provide fast temperature pull-down & reduced noise levels. Modular and Portable units are available.

Standard Option:

Option:

*  Air Defrost

*  Diesel Generator

*  Temp Control (RTD units)

*  Hot Gas Defrost

*  HMI-PLC control with Touch-Screen

*  Modular or

*  VFD

*  Mobile units (single or double coolers)

*  Direct Mount plg Fan
